Five ways to improve the structure of Pakistan's education system

There is no solid structure in Pakistan covering short term or long term policies for future. The main failure of education is just because of this problem. I feel if we work on these five ways it will be helpful to improve our education structure. 

First of all we need a Public-Private Partnership on education development. It means education funding does not depend on only government but Private sector also comes on the board. Right now education is all depended upon government and they are unable to provide sufficient funds necessary to meet education needs. Schools are not having proper Building, Furniture, Computer labs, libraries and even drinking and wash room facility is not available in many schools.

When there will be Public-Private Partnership education will be financed properly and student will be motivated through the environment. 

Second we need to decentralize our education and it must be given to the district government to run their schools and manage matters related to them. When education is centralized they are not taking care of schools and teachers and when it will be given to the district governments control will be shrunk to the relevant district.

Third there will be anatomy to the principals of the related schools to run the routine business and handle the internal issues. Exams and fees related policies should be made themselves and hence they can better approach for future inspite of watching to the board and decision making get slower.

Fourth there must be a supervisory body in the school who keep on inspecting these educational issues professionally. This supervisory body must be powerful enough that if they see something is going wrong they could have enforced their orders.

Fifth there will be no interference of political leadership and they should be away from education internal issues and need to give some statutory powers to the education commission to fund themselves and take their decisions independently.

It is not a good job depending on Non Government Organizations. Government must take actual and serious action for financing education throughout Pakistan.

Education Problems in Pakistan

The Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan says,

“The state of Pakistan shall remove illiteracy and provide free and compulsory secondary education within minimum possible period.”

These are the problems which i feel need to be addressed on emergency basis.

Firstly, the education system of Pakistan divided into two different mediums one is English and other Urdu. This sort of act creates desperateness among students. 

Secondly, a big problem is that there are no equal funds distribution is available to the provinces as a reason the schools in Baluchistan is not much groomed as in Punjab. This prevail the ignorance in the province where population is small but ignorance is spreading like a flue. 

Thirdly, gender discrimination is another problem the reason why population is living in Khayber pakhtunkhaw and frontier not willing to send their girls to the schools. They feel it is only boy’s activity to go to the schools and girls are harm to so.

Fourthly, Lack of technical education is another big mistake in our education. These days’ parents want their kids to learn that stuff which will create a lot of money in future and this does not take so long to earn.

Fifthly, Funds are not sufficient to meet the require need of the education demands. At least adequate funding should be available to the department to meet necessary needs.

 Finally, Poverty is another factor that resists poor children to come at schools it is also need to be address by subsidizing fees in the government sector schools.

We all know the importance and need of education is much more needed then in the past. I described several important issue of major downfall in education important below.

1)   Economy is on downfall day by day and there is continuous decline on per captia income every year

2)   There are three main classes in our country Elite, Middle and Poor one. If we want to make a balance between all we need to promote education in all fields of life

3)   Rapid growth of poverty and sharp increase in inflation is increasing vigorously

4)   There is continuous negligence of Govt. in education field both in budgeting and least number of man power in the department

5)   No any political party pay any kind of attention in the education therefore there is much work to do in this phrase

6)   Corruption in the department is making this department away from activity

7)   Nepotism is everywhere the main reason in induction of unskilled staff

These are many other problems in relate to this but above stated problems needed to address as soon as possible to make this area of future success in Pakistan is keen important than anyone else in the economy. I hope our leaders will woke up one day to address such critical issues in their priority manner.

Helps us to be social and gave political awareness

Gave us in a sophisticated and efficient way to handle our daily routine problems

More or less education is important to know yourself…and being able to make judgments based on realities and strong evidence approach. Whenever we have importances then we need to promote these importances into general public to beware of these amazing function and qualities they might be motivated after this. Once they are motivated then how many problems and hardships will arise they might cross it over and make a society having all feature of a progressive economy.
